Return Material Authorization

Return Material Authorization as defined by CSG is a transaction whereby the recipient of one of our products can return the defective unit to us in order to have it repaired, replaced or to receive a refund or credit towards another product. If a return is required for a product that was purchased from CSG that has failed during its warranty period you can easily fill out the RMA form online, email us or call one of our representatives immediately to receive your RMA return number.

In order to expedite our warranty program along with our RMA services CSG has implemented a reliable system of authorization for all of its products. Select components will receive an additional serial number that will enable us to track, verify and assist both parties in the handling of its warranty and or RMA service. A non-breaching serial numbered decal will be placed on each component purchased from CSG and will be required to be evident and untouched upon return.

After the RMA number is issued, we will ship the replacement items to you. If a replacement is unavailable or is not needed we will either credit your account or issue a refund check. We request that you carefully package the equipment and return it to us in a timely manner. If we do not receive this equipment within 30 days, you will be invoiced for the replacement items.
